Notice of acquisition by Sanyo Trading Co., Ltd.

Sanyo Trading Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Sanyo”) has completed acquisition of 95.8% of the voting stock of KOTAI Biotechnologies, Inc. (hereafter “KOTAI”) With this acquisition, KOTAI has become a consolidated subsidiary of Sanyo and will continue pursuing its business as a Sanyo Group company.
